I have become a fan of Japanese style of living and thinking since the day I read a book called “Ikagai” which is all about Japanese style of living. I have a lot to talk about that book, hence will create a separate post on it later.. This book teaches very simple yet practical life practices towards living a Calm and Joyous Life. This may sound very heavy right now but reading few pages of this book every morning as soon as you wake up, would definitely boost up your energy. This is one such book that will definitely be with me in my bag wherever I go to intake my daily dose of motivation.. ❤️

There are days in everybody’s life when we feel demotivated or question our existence or feel stressed or don’t feel like waking up.. There can be multiple reasons to feel the same. In those days, I like to sit in my bed or balcony and open this book and read few pages, Trust me, the kind of positive energy I get filled up with, after reading this book is something “REAL”.
